AIIMS MBBS Result 2018: The AIIMS MBBS Result 2018 has been declared today, June 18. The results of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) entrance test for MBBS courses in New Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Bhubaneswar, Rishikesh, Raipur, Guntur and Nagpur has been released simultaneously. The results of the medical entrance test have been released on the official website- aiimsexams.org. Students may check their results on the official website- aiimsexams.org.
The marks and percentage of successful candidates have also been made available on the AIIMS official website- aiimsexams.org. It must be noted that students requesting for re-checking and re-evaluation will not be entertained.
Steps to check AIIMS MBBS Result 2018:
Step 1: Visit the AIIMS official website- aiimsexams.org.
Step 2: Click on the link which will appear on the home page- ‘AIIMS MBBS Result 2018’.
Step 3: Click on Additional Courses link.
Step 4: Click on either MBBS result roll number wise or MBBS result rank wise.
Step 5: View and download your result.
Step 6: Take a print out and keep it for future reference.
The MBBS entrance examination was conducted on May 26 and 27 at various centres across the country. Those of who have qualified the exam will have to appear for a medical examination which will be conducted by the medical board and will consist of members set up by the respective Institute. If a candidate is found to be medically unfit, then he or she will not be admitted to the course.
The AIIMS MBBS Results 2017 were declared on June 15. Out of the 3,64,242 eligible candidates, 2,84,737 candidates gave the exam. Nearly 1,50,793 women candidates appeared for the exam which was far more than 1,33,933 men and other 11 third-gender candidates. Nishita Purohit of Surat (Gujrat) was the All India Topper of the exam last year.
